Kellermeyer Company's President Honored with 20/40 Leadership Award

Kellermeyer Company is pleased to announce that Jill Kegler, President & COO of Kellermeyer Company was one of twenty recipients honored with the 20 Under 40 Award on Thursday, September 27, 2007.

The 20 Under 40 Leadership Organization recognizes leaders under the age of 40 who have made contributions and/or established themselves in their careers and/or community activities. This year over 400 individuals were nominated in Northwest Ohio.

Jill Kegler graduated from Michigan State University in 1993 with a BA in Communications. She joined Kellermeyer Company as a Sales Representative in 1993 and was instrumental with expanding the Kellermeyer Business in Southeast Michigan. Other successes within Kellermeyer Company for Jill include; establishing a sales training division, provided new management and direction for the K-1 equipment repair and rental division and finally, established the Kellermeyer K-Express division. In 2006 Jill was named President & COO for the Kellermeyer Company. Since being named President, Jill has replaced the previous sales leadership team and outsourced Kellermeyer Company's human resources department.

Jill's leadership in the community includes; membership of the Maumee Valley Young President's Association, the ISSA Young Executive Society and the Bowling Green Community Development Foundation. In addition, Jill handles Family Affair Farm. This is a business Jill developed to meet the needs of adult hunter/jumper competitors. She purchases, trains and resells safe, sound and sane horses for the amateur rider.

Jill and her husband, Greg are the proud parents of two children; Tommy, 8 and Allie, 5. Jill and Greg are also parishioners at St. Rose Parish in Perrysburg, Ohio.
