services offer exceptional value to our customers. Here is a brief overview
of our Quality System at KELLERMEYER:
Our Quality Systems employ documented, measurable processes that support our
mission to be the best. Each process output is reviewed by our staff.
Statistical tools are utilized to continuously improve what we do to support
our customers. Out-of-limit process yields or discrepancies trigger
corrective action.
KELLERMEYER uses a variety of
quality measurements in different areas of the company. Internal measures include inbound item
accuracy, inventory/bin integrity accuracy and outbound shipment accuracy.
External or customer-reported measures include customer comment cards,
surveys, customer returns and on-time delivery. Quality metrics are audited
continuously and the results are reviewed with our Leadership group. You can
be assured that the KELLERMEYER team is focused on delivering the expected
results to our customers.
The Terms and Conditions presented here apply to all purchases and sales of
items offered here, and your purchase means you have accepted our Terms and
Conditions of Sale. We disclaim any other Terms and Conditions contained in
any customer purchase order, order form or otherwise unless expressly agreed
by us in writing.

suppliers and manufacturers we represent are the very best in the business. Brands you want and ask for. All products are first quality. If you
receive a product that does not perform as advertised in our web catalog,
please call us. We will happily and quickly provide an exchange or refund
(subject to inspection) providing it is returned within 30 days of shipment

surcharges or impose purchase restrictions or limits at any time. Prices and

orders are subject to applicable shipping, freight, taxes and processing
charges.
Carrier Surcharges:
Carriers may impose surcharges, which vary by carrier and may change at the
carrier's discretion. KELLERMEYER will pass on the surcharge.

Net 15 days on approved open accounts from date of invoice. In addition to
open accounts, we also accept cash, C.O.D. and most major credit cards. Any
invoices past the due date will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance
charge. KELLERMEYER has a payment
option to fit your needs.
KELLERMEYER deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped by our dedicated
truck fleet, FedEx, common carrier, or UPS
when requested. Please check with your

carriers & Prepaid Truck Shipments (KELLERMEYER carrier):
Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery
receipt. All shortages and damages
must be called into KELLERMEYER at 1-800-445-7415 or e-mailed to your customer
care representative, account manager or the info@kellermeyer.com email within 24
hours of delivery.
General Merchandise
Warranty: Except as
otherwise stated, the only warranties applying to materials sold are those,
if any, specifically provided by the manufacturer to be honored by the
manufacturer. Items marked Lifetime Warranty are subject to manufacturer's
warranty terms. As sellers, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of
performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, suitability,
or non-infringement including those instances where changes, alterations or
modifications are made in materials at the request or instruction of the
purchaser. Our obligation is limited only to the repair or replacement of
defective parts or, at our sole option, to refund the purchase price. This
warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether
written or oral, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any
implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In
no event shall we be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, punitive,
lost profits or consequential damages of any nature. A full refund will be
given, subject to our Q.A. inspection, for any defective item returned to us
and received by us within 30 days of the date of shipment in its original
packaging. Exception: Phase converters in You-Build-It Kit form are final
sale only.
Machinery Warranty: Motorized machinery purchased directly from KELLERMEYER shall be
free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year
from date of shipment for mechanical components, and ninety (90) days from
date of shipment for electrical/electronic components. Parts found to be defective in material and
workmanship by KELLERMEYER during the warranty period shall be replaced or
repaired at KELLERMEYER's sole option. Any components on motorized machinery
found by KELLERMEYER to be modified, altered, misused, abused or neglected
will void the KELLERMEYER warranty. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of
any and all other warranties whether written or oral, expressed or implied,
including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability and any warranty
of fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty of non-infringement.
Parts not covered by this warranty are normal wear or consumable parts such
as (but not limited to) belts, filters, greases and lubricants, batteries,
lamps, brakes and blades. Warranties are void outside of the U.S.
The value of the defective product or material is our only liability. All
technical data has been supplied by the manufacturer and is listed only as a
convenience. We do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies
with the provisions of any law, particularly the Walsh-Healey Public
Contracts Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and
regulations promulgated there under, unless the manufacturer so warrants.
Catalog Errors:
Although all information in this catalog has been carefully checked for
accuracy, errors and omissions occasionally occur and therefore are subject
to correction. We regret any inconvenience.
Compliance with Laws
Some localities may have Codes, Regulations and Laws governing sales,
installation, use or construction of items for certain purposes which may
vary from place to place. KELLERMEYER does not guarantee compliance and
assumes no responsibility for how the items are used or installed. The
customer has the sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable
Codes, Regulations and Laws. This includes but is not limited to CSA, FAA, DOT, NEC, UL, NOM, IATA, IMDG, CE, DIN, and ANSI,
concerning the use or installation of items.
Material Safety Data
Sheet (MSDS): Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS): A document required by the Occupational
Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) providing specific Safety, Health and
Environmental information about a product deemed to be hazardous (e.g.
Hazardous Ingredients, Physical Hazards, Health Hazards, Safe Handling,
Control Measures and more.)
KELLERMEYER
provides Material Safety Data Sheets when required. An MSDS will be provided for a product when
you order the product for the first time and with the first shipment after a
material safety data sheet is updated.
You can obtain additional MSDS copies at www.kellermeyer.com in the product catalog or by calling
1-800-445-7415.
Returns:
Except as otherwise provided, no material will be accepted for return after
30 days from date of shipment. To return merchandise, you must call KELLERMEYER
at 1-800-445-7415 for a Return Authorization number. For machinery returns or
repairs, call KELLERMEYER repair service at 1-800-445-7415. No returns will
be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Include with your return a
copy of your invoice or packing slip. All merchandise must be returned in its
original packaging and condition. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment
must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. C.O.D. returns will
not be accepted. A re-stocking charge
may be applied.

Repair Service: Items
left after 60 days of notification of repair will be disposed of.
At the time of ordering; please communicate to our Customer Care
representatives changes in address i.e. mailing, bill-to, ship-to, phone, fax,
or email.
